Due to the custom nature of the work, all sales are final and non-refundable.

We do everything to ensure that your wild horse artwork arrives safely and undamaged. In case of an unfortunate situation beyond our control, we require any damage claim to be filed within 48 hrs of delivery. That will allow us time to file a claim with the carrier and replace your item.

Upon delivery please make sure to:

1.  Examine the outside of the box and note any visible damage. If damaged, take pictures           before opening.

2. Open the package and take pictures of all damaged areas.

3. Send photos  of damaged package and damaged image along with your contact information to

If we haven't heard from you within the required 48hr within your print delivery, a claim won't be filled.
