PRINTING OPTIONS
ARCHIVAL PRINTS
Images are printed on thick museum-quality fine art paper using archival pigment inks. Maria has carefully selected the best archival papers to enhance her work and ensures maximum life.
Prints are numbered and hand signed by Maria. A 1.5 inch border will be added to image size to facilitate handling and framing.

Unframed prints are shipped rolled around a tube, carefully protected with bubble-wrap inside a box.
DYE SUBLIMATION
INTO ALUMINUM
The Dye Sublimation on Aluminum technique involves infusing archival dyes into a specially treated aluminum sheet through heat transfer.
This process ensures longevity and a unique and durable outcome as the dyes become fully embedded beneath the surface
of the aluminum.
Once installed, your piece will float off the wall about an inch thanks to a special hanging system known as the “French cleat."
Gloss, semi-gloss and matte finishes are available. I personally recommend semi-gloss finish, as it retains image details and is not as reflective as a glossy finish.
If you are sensitive to glare in wall artwork, or are planning to install your piece in a bright area, matte may be
a good option.

Dye Sublimation pieces have name, edition number and artist's signature engraved
on the back.
FRAMING
Our standard framing option consists of either black or white gallery frame
with a 3 inch, 8 ply white mat.

We offer a choice of Standard or
Museum plexiglass.

STANDARD PLEXIGLASS -
For most light situations; up to 99% UV Protection; light weight; more durable
than glass.

MUSEUM PLEXIGLASS -
High quality look; about 20% reflection reduction: up to 99% UV protection; recommended if you are placing your artwork in areas close to multiple light sources, facing a sunlit window
to reduce glare.

All framing material are archival to
ensure durability and longevity.
CARING FOR YOUR PRINTS
ARCHIVAL PRINTS
Because prints are fragile, they shouldn't be stored in the shipping tube for extended periods of time.
Make sure to open the package within
24-48 hours of receiving it and take it to a professional framer as soon as possible. Handling your print without proper care can increase the likelihood of fingerprints
and wrinkles.

FRAMING
Due to changes in temperature and humidity, it's not uncommon for prints to have waves when first unrolled.
We advise you to talk to your framer about the pros and cons of dry-mounting your print on acid-free board using archival materials to ensure it will remain flat once framed. Acid free materials will help ensure the longevity of your print.
PLACEMENT
Carefully select where to install your piece as a print may fade over time if installed under direct sunlight.
